ROB QUINTOS
RUNNING AND TRIATHLON COACH
MEET THE COACH
I am a runner, a triathlete, a snowboarder, a basketball player, a corgi owner. Professionally, I am a cardiologist and a coach.
As a cardiologist, I’ve spent years encouraging people to “exercise more,” “lose weight,” or “eat healthier,” emphasizing the importance of these pursuits. But, limited by the constraints of a 15 minute office visit, I was unable to provide any real practical plan for them to achieve success. I felt particularly inadequate to those who were actually motivated to make life changes. So I became a coach. This is where I feel I can make the most meaningful impact.
I believe there is an athlete inside every one of us. I want to help people not only discover that athlete but become the athlete they are capable of becoming. My hope is that through encouragement and inspiration, motivation and accountability, dedication and guidance, I can help people realize their goals and achieve their dreams.
