What is The Beat Coaching?

Based out of Portland, Oregon, the Beat Endurance Coaching is a coaching enterprise that guides both aspiring and long time athletes in their efforts to become stronger and healthier through running and/or triathlons. The Beat Endurance Coaching approaches training with a emphasis on heart health, and we help anyone and everyone realize their true physical capabilities and achieve their goals.

FAQ

Do I need to compete in a race to receive coaching?

No! We take athletes of all levels with goals ranging from improving general fitness to placing in a race.

 

How much time do I need to train?

Whether you have very little time during your week or 20 hours, we adapt  your program to your lifestyle and your needs, so it all depends!

 

What if I'm not sure I can commit to a full coaching program?

No problem! There's a free, no obligation, initial consultation to see if this will work for you.

 

What happens if I need time off for an injury?

We offer up to 3 months of a Medical Hold, during which you won't receive coaching or be billed for anything. After 3 months, it's a case-by-case basis to see what solution we can come up with.
